The Punjab government has on Thursday transferred and posted government officials. According to a notification, Imtiaz Ahmad Khichi, Officer on Special Duty (OSD) has been posted as Section Officer in Local Government and Community Development Department, vice Malik Zulfiqar Ali Lak, who is already transferred. Ahmed Javed, OSD, has been posted as Assistant Commissioner (General) Gujranwala, against a vacant post.
Zulfiqar Ahmad Bhoon, Assistant Commissioner Jang, has been transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner Phalia, against a vacant post. He has been replaced by Abdul Majid, General Assistant (Revenue) to District Collector, Chiniot. Arshad Mahmood, OSD, has been posted as Assistant Commissioner Jaranwala, vice AC, Jaranwala Suhail Khan, who is already transferred. Syed Shaheen Mehboob, Section Officer in Labour Department, has been transferred and posted as Sub-Registrar, Gujranwala City, against a vacant post.
Zafar Ali Malik, OSD, has been posted as Section Officer in Home Department against a vacant post. Rauf Ahmed, Assistant Commissioner Kot Addu, has been transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner Rojhan against a vacant post. He has been replaced by Rao Nadeem Akhtar, Protocol Officer, Commissioner's Office, Dera Ghazi Khan, Allah Ditta Warraich, Deputy District Officer (HRM), Vehari, has been transferred and posted as General Assistant (Revenue), to District Collector, Hafizabad, against a vacant post.
