The Lahore High Court Chief Justice Ijaz Ahmad Chaudhry taking serious notice of influence exercises by officers of the high court in the affairs of district judiciary, directed all district and sessions judges and senior civil judges to bring such interference to the notice of the court for strict action in the matter.
A directive issued by LHC registrar Sohail Nasir here on Wednesday says that this practice on their part amounts to interference in the powers of the district and sessions judges and senior civil judges in the province.
