Government College University Lahore Centre for Advance Studies in Physics (GCU CASP) is going to hold a workshop on "Laser Ablation and its Applications" on Thursday. Noted physicists from all over the country will address the workshop, which is spread over two technical and one inaugural session to be chaired by GCU CASP Director Professor Dr Ijaz Mujtaba Ghauri.
Dr Asrhad Mehmood of National Institute of Laser and Optoelectronics, Islamabad; Dr Arif Maqbool of Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad; Dr Abid Ali and Mohammad Asharf of PINSTECH, Islamabad and Dr Shahid Rafique and Dr Khurram Siraj of University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore will brief the students about the latest innovations and inventions in the field of laser technology at the workshop.
