A three-day festival of short films made by youngsters will start here on Monday at Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) to help young talent for promoting their work. As many as 15 movies will be the part of event, which is being organised by Akash Media Group Intl with some media partners.
The film festival will showcase the skills of young filmmakers from twin cities with title "Creative Pakistan Film Festival".
