Iranian Consul General, Abbas Ali Abdullai has said that west has been raging a battle against Muslims declaring them as terrorists and at this critical moment, Muslims are needed to become united to overcome the situation. While inaugurating a photographic exhibition along-with Naib Ameer Jamat-e-Islami (JI) Pakistan, Professor Abdul Ghafoor Ahmed, the CG said the exhibition has highlighted the real face of United States as these pictures portrayed true facts and behind the scene events from the eyes of media.
US is behind all the bloodshed in the whole world, he added. Speaking on the occasion, Professor Abdul Ghafoor said that silence of government against US threats is a disgrace for the entire country and nation despite the fact that it is the right time to raise voice against US involvement. He said that parliament's joint resolution on drone attacks has become just an announcement and continues drone attacks and territory violation reflect government's inability to stop these type of attacks. Country's independence and sovereignty has been completely destroyed, he added.
The exhibition was organised by JI central at the residence of Former Karachi City Nazim Nematullah Khan. A video documentary produced by JI - Central entitled "Go America Go" was also launched and screened on the occasion. The exhibition was witnessed by a large number of people from different walks of life. Professor Anwaar Ahmed Zai, Chairman Board of Intermediate Education Karachi, President Palestine Foundation Ex-MNA, Muzaffar Hashmi, Ex MNA and Amir JI Karachi Mohammad Hussain Mehenti and lawyers, journalists, doctors, students and others. The participants termed the exhibition a positive and heart touching activity and way of expression.-PR
