Prominent businessmen Zubair Motiwala, who is also the Advisor to Chief Minister Sindh, has urged the management of Karachi Electric Supply Corporation (KESC) to ensure uninterrupted power supply to its customers.
Talking to a delegation of businessmen who called on him, here on Sunday, Motiwala said that any disruption in power supply causes unrest and law and order situation in the metropolis. Besides the residential areas, load-shedding also harms industrial activity in the city with immense losses to the exchequer.
"There may be definitely a difference of opinion between the management and the union but it should not affect general consumers of electricity," he maintained.
