Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani has strongly condemned the bomb blast in Peshawar resulting in a loss of precious lives and injuries to many others. The Prime Minister reiterated government's resolve to root the cancer of terrorism out of every nook and corner of the country.
"Such cowardly attacks on peaceful citizens cannot demoralise the nation," he added. Commiserating with the bereaved families, the Prime Minister prayed to Allah Almighty to rest the departed souls in eternal peace.
He directed the civil administration to provide best medical care to the injured. Meanwhile, Chairman Senate Farooq H Naek and Deputy Chairman Senate Mir Jan Muhammad Khan Jamali on Sunday strongly condemned the bomb blast at Matni. Terming it a cowardly act, they prayed to Almighty Allah to rest the departed souls in eternal peace, said a press release issued here.
