The 58th birthday of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto was observed in a befitting manner. On this connection, Quran Khawani was arranged at her mazaar here on Tuesday. The Quran Khawani was attended among others by Sindh Chief Minister, Syed Qaim Ali Shah, provincial ministers Muhammad Ayaz Soomro and Taqueer Fatima Bhutto, elected representatives as well as the leaders and workers of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP).
The 'Fateha Khawani' was arranged and an 'Ijtimai Dua' was also offered. Syed Qaim Ali Shah also visited the Mazar of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto, placed floral wreath, and offered Fateha. He also visited the mazaar of founder of PPP Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, placed floral wreath and offered Fateha. The Chief Minister also visited the graves of Shaheed Mir Murtaza Bhutto and Mir Shahnawaz Bhutto, placed floral wreaths and offered fateha.
Later, he visited the blood donation camp and praised the spirit of those who are donating blood as mark of tribute to Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto. Meanwhile, the provincial ministers Pir Mazhar ul Haq and Manzoor Wassan and President's Spokesman Farhatullah Babar also visited the Mazar of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto, placed floral wreaths and offered Fateha.
