When contacted Muhammad Zahid, president Anjuman-e-Shersha scrap market confirmed the incident, saying that unknown armed men, wearing police uniform, committed looting-exercise on broad daylight at the market. He said the businessmen, who are already down in the dumps because of unfriendly government polices, now facing serious life-threat from the criminals but the authority concerned is not paying any heed to this burning issue, leaving the traders in hysteria.
