There is a tremendous potential to enhance trade and economic ties, a strong desire to become partners in mutually beneficial business activities, co-operation and support between Pakistan and Russia in various sectors. These were some of the highlights of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between Russian Business Council for Co-operation with Pakistan; and its Pakistani equivalent, Pakistan Russia Business Forum. The memorandum was signed in Moscow, Russian Federation, on May 19th 2011.
Gennady Seleznev, Chairman of Russian Business Council vowed to promote and increase Pakistan's trade collaboration in joint venture and investment opportunities and possibilities of trade delegations' exchange with the country, while continuing to explore new vistas of opportunity.
The Pakistan Russia Business Forum would co-ordinate with RBCCP to suggest them to enhance bilateral trade and usher in a new chapter in Pakistan Russia economic and business relations. President Pakistan Russia Business Forum, Abdul Rauf Tabani said that the signing of this MoU will bring about a new era of co-operation between the two sister organisations and help increase bilateral trade and other business activities.-PR
