The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has issued instructions to all Inland Revenue Offices (IROs) to remain open till 9.00 pm and 11.00 pm on Wednesday 29th June and Thursday 30th June, 2011, respectively, in order to provide an opportunity to the tax payers to deposit their taxes within the fiscal year.
State Bank of Pakistan has already notified that all the branches of National Bank of Pakistan will remain open till 9.00 pm on 29th June to 30th June, 2011 for tax collection. Likewise, all customs offices have also been directed to remain open till 9.00 pm on 29th and 30th June, 2011 to receive duty and taxes and to facilitate taxpayers, FBR added.-PR
