The Convener LCCI Standing Committee on Customs and Ports Aftab Ahmad Vohra has said the decision to open another Pak-India trade route at Wahgha is need of the hour and would further strengthen trade relations between the two countries.
While welcoming the decision, Aftab Ahmad Vohra said that opening up of other trade route is a step in right direction, but it is very unfortunate that the National Logistic Cell officials did not bother to take the LCCI onboard. He said that the existing trade route at Wagha was insufficient for regular and large-scale business because of Rangers parade held by both sides every day, exchange of delegations and general travellers.
