Small & Medium Enterprises Develop-ment Authority (SMEDA) in collaboration with Pak Social Welfare Society (PSWS) and Hyderabad Chamber of Commerce & Industry (HCCI) organised one-day workshop on Negotiation & Selling Skills. The workshop focused on the bangle workers to enhance their negotiation and selling skills.
Ikhtiar Ahmed Khoso, Regional Business Co-ordinator, SMEDA, Hyderabad said that the community working with bangle industry lacks marketing and product development skills. He said that this is the major reason for the downward shift in earnings. Executive Director, PSWS, Abdul Ghffar Sherani said that we are working for women worker development concerning with bangle industry under the SMEDA, Pakistan assistance.
