The Consul General of USA in Karachi, William J. Martin, hosted a reception on Saturday evening to mark the 235th anniversary of the independence of the United States of America. The Acting Sindh Governor, Nisar Ahmed Khuhro, was the chief guest. The Ambassador of the United States of America to Pakistan, Cameron Munter, was also present on the occasion.
The ceremony was attended by the ministers, advisers to Sindh Chief Minister, members of the diplomatic corps, prominent businessmen and elite of the city.
