Literary Arts & Culture Forum of Sir Syed University of Engineering & Technology hosted the launching ceremony of the book "Chand Tasveer-e-Raftagan" at the Bashir A. Malik Auditorium. Chancellor Z.A. Nizami presided over the ceremony, which was attended by the noted writers, scholars and other eminent literary personalities.
While inaugurating the ceremony of the book launch, Chancellor Z.A. Nizami said Sir Syed University supports for the cause of promotion Urdu language and literature. Despite the fact that the university is an engineering institution, yet SSUET has published around 200 books on general subjects that shows our dedication and commitment to the Urdu language.
Chancellor Z.A. Nizami described the book a memorable pictorial album in the history of Urdu literature and hoped that this would be benefited not only by our literary forums but also future generations. He paid rich tributes to Ahmed Hussain Siddiqi for his talented work and efforts in the compilation of this album particularly the selection of photographs.
