Sohail Waja-hat H Siddiqui has been made Chairman of the Board of Management of Pakistan State Oil Company (PSO). Sohail heads Siemens Pakistan Engineering Company Limited as its Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. Siddiqui is one of the most prominent Chief Executive Officers of the corporate sector in Pakistan. He has served as President of the Overseas Investors Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OICCI) and also served as Chairman of Pakistan Red Crescent Society, Sindh.
He has also served as Board member of Pakistan Steel. He is also the founding member of the Pakistan Business Council. In recognition to his contributions towards national cause, he has been awarded Sitara-e-Imtiaz. He will replace the present chairman of the board of management of PSO, Nazim F Haji.
