At least five people were killed when militants fired on two vehicles in Jawakai tribal area, some 50 kilometres (30 miles) east of Peshawar on Saturday, while the driver of a Nato oil tanker was shot dead in the south-west, officials said. Separately, in Balochistan, gunmen on motorcycles shot dead the driver of an oil tanker carrying fuel for Nato forces in neighbouring Afghanistan, home secretary Zafarullah Baloch told AFP.
