Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) Monday informed the National Assembly standing committee on Science and Technology (S&T) about its election schedule and finalisation of the date of election. The committee, which met here on Monday under the chairmanship of MNA Dr Abdul Kadir Khanzada, was informed that monitoring system will be followed for free and fair elections and formation of election committee representing each province will also be ensured.
The meeting which was attended by all stakeholders briefed the committee in detail about the under submitted bye-laws governing the elections of the governing body along with the time line involved in the whole process of holding of election of the council.
