Former President Pervez Musharraf says the Obama administration's suspension of $800 million in US aid to the Pakistani military is not in the best interest of either country. Musharraf spoke Monday evening at Rice University in Houston. He says a weakened Pakistan would be hampered in fighting terrorism. He has been on the college speaking circuit while living in London and Dubai but has said he wants to return to Pakistani politics next year.
