Deputy Commissioner Hyderabad, Asif Ali Memon has directed all sub-divisional magistrates, taluka administrators and 'mukhtiarkars' of the district to deliver best services to the masses on merit so that people could be facilitated of the Commissionary System. This he directed while holding introductory meeting with the officers of the district at Shahbaz Hall Tuesday.
Asif Memon directed the officers to prepare operational cost of daily expenses so that people of the area may not suffer because of it. He also directed them to maintain and submit intends of assists of their respective defunct offices and include it in their newly created offices in the better interest of public.
He said that Sindh government would soon decide about the delegation of magisterial powers to SDMs. He hoped that after the restoration of status of old Hyderabad district ie of 2005, daily routine official work would not affect the common man, as their matters would be resolved at their doorsteps, and officers would work as team members.
