Mian Mujahid Khurshid of Pakistan Flour Mills Association (PFMA) on Friday claimed that the Islamabad High Court (IHC) had restored him as Chairman of PFMA Punjab. Addressing a press conference at PFMA House, he said that IHC had allowed him to continue in office against the decision of the Director General Trade Organisation (DGTO) who had barred him to perform his duties as Chairman of PFMA Punjab.
Former Chairman PFMA, Khalique Arshad, Haji Maqsood and Chairman Founders Group Bilal Sufi were also present on the occasion. Khurshid said that Justice Riaz Ahmed Khan of IHC had declared null and void the decision of DGTO and instructed him to continue his work as Chairman of PFMA Punjab.
