Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor, Barrister Masood Kausar has extended his deep congratulations to Haji Sardar Muhammad Yaqoob Khan on his election as President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir. The Governor has also congratulated Chaudhry Abdul Majeed for stepping in the office of the Prime Minister of the state. In his separate messages of felicitations on Friday.
The Governor has said, their success reflects magnitude of confidence, which their electorates have reposed in their leadership qualities. In this challenging hour of our history, he added, the people of Azad Jammu and Kashmir definitely would have pinned great expectations to them.
However, he added, it is also an encouraging aspect of the entire scenario that the leadership at every level in our motherland while being conscious to the longstanding dreams of the Kashmiri people is also sparing no effort for their materialisation.
Therefore, the Governor expressed the confidence that the newly elected President and the Prime Minister of AJK would find themselves in a better environment for smoothly continuing their efforts not only to further promote the cause of the people of Kashmir but also ensure their socio-economic well being.
