ISE index loses 90.29 points

Bears dominated the proceedings at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) on Wednesday where equities showed negative signs amid decrease in index. ISE-10 Index was down by 90.29 points from 2,755.84 points to 2665.55 points. Turnover amounted to 68,159 shares as compared to previous turnover of 7,000 shares.
Total 109 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (96) closed in negative territory and 13 landed in plus column. The volume of Fauji Fertiliser was 26,500 shares. The volume of Fauji Cement Company was 20,000 shares. The turnover of Lafarage Pakistan Cem was 10,000 shares.
