Interior Minister Rehman Malik had an aerial view of the troubled western part of the city on Friday to get first hand knowledge about the law and order situation. During his visit, he saw the police and pickets of Rangers at various areas including Surjani Town covering Banaras, Kati Parhi, Gulshan Maymar, Taiser Town and other western troubled areas of the city.
He further observed that normalcy was being restored as witnessed by him with the movement of public in busy markets for shopping to get ready for 'Iftaar'.
