The Lahore High Court (LHC) while disposing of a petition against a film Bol directed the District Co-ordination Officer (DCO) to hear the petitioner and decide the matter within two weeks. The petitioner president Anjuman Tahfaz-e-Namus Saadat contended in the petition that the film Bol contain some contents against the Islam and hurt Muslims.
He prayed to the court for ban on its display on cinemas and theatres. The court after hearing his counsel at length disposed of the petition with direction to DCO to hear the petition and decide the matter within two weeks.
