Punjab Chief Minister, Shahbaz Sharif here Sunday on his arrival from a private London visit rejected the creation of provinces only on Punjab basis. He said this bifurcation of the province is not admissible unless it is done on national scale.
Punjab Chief Minister also rejected creation of provinces on ethnic basis said it would be detrimental to the national cause stating that only administrative basis of creation of provinces would be allowed and that too at national level.
Chief Minister said that ongoing corruption was like a plague to the country destroying its entire fibre and would stand firmly fighting against this menace.
Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif said that ongoing looted wealth was being sent abroad. CM Punjab dilated that he was in open war against thieves, thugs and dacoits, looting the national exchequer, poor in most cruel and criminal manner.
Sharif stated that his party was in contact with other political parties in the country on the issues. He referring to Karachi scenario lamented that the city of lights seems unfortunately struck. Senior officials and party cadres received CM Punjab on the airport.
