Pakistan Council for Science and Technology has been granted 'Research Productivity Award' to Professor Dr Ijaz Ahmad, dean faculty of bio-science on the basis of his research achievements for the year 2010-11. Professor Dr Ijaz was granted this award due to his three-research publication.
Vice Chancellor University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Professor Dr Muhammad Nawaz congratulated the professor and said that the beauty of an education institution is to promote research culture, not only among teachers but also transforming to students at all levels.
It is pertinent to mention here that Pakistan Council for Science and Technology has been evaluating the quality and quantum of international level research of Pakistani academia since 2001 to acknowledge the outstanding works in science and technology and related fields.
