Sindh Home Minister, Manzoor Hussain Wasan, on Sunday said Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM), would return to the government within next four to five days. He was talking to media during his visit to the mausoleum of father of the nation, Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah to mark Independence Day of the country. He said "I had a dream that our MQM friends would resume the ministries within next four to five days."
He told a questioner that a total of 50 persons have been arrested for disturbing law and order in the city during the strike observed on August 13. The accused belonged to different parties whose list would be released after completion of investigation, he added. He informed newsmen that the police have also recovered illegal arms from those held.
