Member National Assembly from Faisalabad, Chaudhry Asim Nazir and a former parliamentarian, Chaudhry Zahid Nazir met Punjab Chief Minister, Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif here Thursday and expressed complete confidence in the leadership of President Pakistan Muslim League-N, Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and Chief Minister Punjab, Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif.
Chaudhry Asim Nazir said that Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif is the only leader who can steer the country out of its existing problems and the whole nation is looking towards him. He said that Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has promoted good governance, merit and transparency in the province and practical steps taken by him for the welfare of the masses have proved that he is the 'khadim' of the people in real sense. Nazir said that he will play his due role for activating and mobilising party workers in Faisalabad and will also take an active part in public welfare activities.
Speaking on the occasion, the chief minister said that public service is the pivot of policies of Pakistan Muslim League-N and all out resources are being utilised for rapid development of the province and betterment of masses. He said that special attention is being paid to the uplift of less-developed areas.
