The Lahore High Court (LHC) allowed a girl Yasmeen to go with her mother, as she refused to live with his beloved. According to the details one Imran of Islampura had got married with Yasmeen against the wishes of her parents. Her father got registered a case of abduction against Imran. The two family amicably resolved the issued and girl went back her parents. Imran, however, filed a habeas corpus petition against the father of Yasmeen.
The SHO Hanjarwal on court directions produce the girl before the court but she refused to go with the petitioner Imran and contended before the court that her decision to live with Imran was not good and she want to go with her mother. The court accordingly passed the orders and allowed the girl to go with her mother. The girl outside the courtroom asked the media to rally her message for the girls to respect the parents and marry with their consent.
