The year 2017 was full of exciting smartphones but 2018 is expected to be filled with more remarkable smartphones. Phones from Samsung, Apple, Nokia, Huawei and other brands are highly anticipated by users.

Here are some of the smartphones that are expected to come out in 2018. However, they are still based on rumors.

Samsung Galaxy S9, S9+ and Note 9

Samsung Galaxy’s flagship is probably the most awaited one for 2018. Samsung is rumored to launch various phones this year, including Galaxy S9, S9+, and Note 9. Samsung is also rumored to launch S9 mini that will be a smaller version of S9 and Galaxy X that might be a foldable phone.

Where the S9 series is expected to launch by March, the Note 9 is expected to come out at some time around September. The phones are expected to come with dual rear cameras and fingerprint sensors on the bezel-less and infinity screen display. With Snapdragon 845 chipsets, the phones are likely to have 6GB RAM and might be priced similar to its previously launched flagship.

iPhones (2018)

Apple is also rumored to launch three or more iPhones this year. iPhone X (2018), iPhone 9 and 9+,  iPhone SE 2 are some of the rumored smartphones Apple might be launching. It is also expected that Apple will cut down the prices of its iPhones. Apart from iPhone SE 2, the three iPhones will probably have the same notch design as the iPhone X. These phones will possibly launch in September like Apple does every time.

Nokia 9

In recent times, Nokia has launched many amazing phones. The next Nokia smartphone is rumored to be Nokia 9, which will feature a 16MP dual rear camera system. It will come in with 6GB RAM, 128GB internal storage, massive 3400mAh batter, fast charging, Android Oreo, 3D audio recording, Bothie, and iris scanner. Nokia 9 will probably launch in the first quarter of 2018 costing somewhere around $700.

HTC U12

Not much is known about HTC’s next phone but, probably named the HTC U12; it is expected to come with dual cameras and dual stereo systems. 4K display and wireless charging might also be present in the phone.

Sony Xperia XZ2/X1 Premium

Sony Xperia Z1 Premium or Xperia Z2 is also expected to arrive in 2018’s first quarter, probably by February. The rumors suggest that the phone will have bezel-less 4K display with 4/6GB RAM and 64/128GB storage. Having dual cameras, being water and dust resistant, the phone might cost around $800.
