Rescue 1122 management has cancelled Eid holidays for rescuers in order to provide emergency rescue cover at important mosques, worship places and Eidgahs on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr. District Emergency Officer, Mian Riffat Zia while presiding over a special meeting here highlighted special measures taken by Rescue 1122 for stand by emergency arrangements at Eid congregations at all important mosques and Eidgahs in the city.
"Mobile emergency posts would be set up at different points in the city", he said.
