Samsung Galaxy S8, S8+, Note 8 users face another battery issue
Samsung’s recently launched smartphone flagship, the Galaxy S8, S8+ and Note 8, were recently facing issues regarding its batteries. New reports suggest that the smartphone is facing one more abnormal battery issue.
Few days ago, we heard Samsung Galaxy’s new flagship owners reporting that when the phone’s battery reaches 0%, it shuts down and doesn’t start up again no matter how long it is kept on charging. The new issue was that people have started to complain that their phones wake up inadvertently without any user interaction when the screen is turned off. Users also posted certain videos of their phones showing the abnormal behaviour.
After Note 7, Samsung Galaxy Note 8 has new battery issues
As per reports on Reddit and Samsung’s community forum, the issue comes into action when the phone screen is turned off either by pressing the power button or letting the phone go to sleep on its own. The screen then turns on after every 10 seconds then turns off.
The uses complain that this issue continues throughout the day that might lead to drainage of battery. According to some users who are facing the issue, they tried to reset their phones, reboot them in safe mode and wipe out the cache partition to solve the issue, yet the issue remained the same.
However, Samsung has not yet said anything regarding the bug, wrote Android Authority.
