Former Pakistan captain Shoaib Malik, who is one of the fittest player in the team, has shown how he keeps himself in shape for the game.

Pakistan cricket team is currently in New Zealand preparing for the upcoming five-match One Day International (ODI) series against the host Kiwis. Sarfraz XI went through a tough gym session today (Thursday) ahead of their first match of the series that will be played on January 6.

Shaoib, who is in good nick since making his return to team, has shown some of his intense training.

In a tweet, Malik posted a video of his exercise with a caption, “#wisdom the things that excite you are connected to your purpose. Have the courage to follow them, shamelessly.”

Pakistan will play five ODIs and three Twenty 20 internationals during the tour of New Zealand this month.
