A large number of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) female workers from Lyari, attended the Quran Khawani held separately at Bilwal House and Peoples Secretariat and prayed for the departed soul of Begum Nusrat Bhutto, the former chairperson of PPP.
At Bilwal House, a large number of PPP workers and their family members participated in the Quran Khawani and prayed for the peace of soul of the late Begum Bhutto. While, at People Secretariat, a large number of PPP workers from Lyari had gathered who held Quran Khawani for the departed soul. The workers lit candles and put flowers in front of the picture of Begum Nusrat Bhutto to pay their homage. Talking to Business Recorder, some of the workers said that Begum Bhutto was like their mother and she would always remain in their memories.
