ISE index up 18.48 points

Equities moved both ways at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where investors adopted cautious approach amid increase in index. ISE-10 Index showed an improvement of 18.48 points from 2,458.69 points to 2,477.17 points. Turnover amounted to 42,100 shares as compared to previous volume of 31,168 shares.
Of 124 active companies 53 closed in positive territory and 71 closed in negative territory. The turnover of Fatima Fertiliser was 17,200 shares. The volume of Arif Habib Corporation was 5,000 shares. The turnover of Engro Corporation was 3,400 shares.
