The Board of Directors of Shifa International Hospital Ltd has announced the appointment of Dr Manzoor-ul-Haq Qazi as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the hospital with immediate effect. Dr Qazi has been serving as Medical Director and Consultant Cardiologist since 1993, said a press release issued here on Tuesday.
The position was vacant after the sad demise of Shifa's Founder, President and CEO Dr Zaheer Ahmad who passed away on October 07, this year. The board and employees are delighted that Dr Qazi has agreed to lead the organisation. He has spent many years in Pakistan and the United States of America and has deep relations within the healthcare community.-PR
