One more iPhone battery explodes at Apple store

Seems like all is not going well for Apple, as one more iPhone device caught fire at another Apple store during bat
Published January 12, 2018

Seems like all is not going well for Apple, as one more iPhone device caught fire at another Apple store during battery replacement process, only a day after an iPhone 6S Plus caught fire in a store in Zurich.

On Wednesday, a battery was under the replacement process at an Apple store in Valencia, Spain, when smoke started coming out of the phone as it caught fire. The store was filled with smoke coming out of the iPhone device (model not known) after it exploded while one of the employees was working on the battery. The store was immediately evacuated as one floor of the building was filled with smoke.

However, unlike the previous incident, this one was not as much serious as no one received burns or injuries. The workers were able to extinguish the fire and opened up the windows and doors for ventilation. The fire extinguishers and police were called immediately,  though their presence was not really needed, reported Apple Insider.

Apple is currently also facing numerous lawsuits filed against it. The last number reported was more than 26 lawsuits, however, with time, the number of lawsuits have climbed up to 32 class action lawsuits against the company. As per ZDNet, these 32 class action lawsuits have been filed from the United States alone for the slowdown of iPhones intentionally by Apple.
