Pakistan Tahreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is all set to hold pubic meeting at Minar-e-Pakistan on Sunday (today). Addressing a press conference, PTI General Secretary Dr Arif Alvi, PTI President Punjab Ahsan Rasheed and PTI President Lahore Mahmood-ur-Rashid said that the PTI chairman would make some important announcements at the public meeting.
They were hopeful that thousands of people from all section of society would attend rally. "Arrangement for the foolproof security have been completed. The Punjab Police, workers of Insaf Students Federation will perform security duties in the ground," they added.
The party leaders were confident that the people of Lahore would show no-confidence against the sitting rulers by attending the rally. Pakistani nuclear scientist, Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan would also be present on the occasion. The much-hyped and talked about PTI public meeting has created excitement among the household of Lahore and political pundits; both are sure that October 30 would determine the strengthen of PTI in power politics.
