'Qureshi has axed his own feet'

President Pakistan Peoples Party central Punjab, Imtiaz Safdar Warraich Monday said Shah Mehmood Qureshi has axed his own feet by resigning from the PPP. Reacting to the resignation of former foreign minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Warraich said Qureshi had actually resigned from the party the day he was not taken to the cabinet. "Today's announcement is just a formality," he said, adding: "Qureshi was offended for not being taken into the cabinet."
He said Qureshi had also parted his ways with Nawaz Sharif when the latter refused to take him as minister. According to him, why Qureshi did not call PPP as "Zadradi League" during his tenure as foreign minister of the country? Warraich said many towering politicians like Ghulam Mustafa Khar and Ghulam Mustafa Jatoi became strangers to politics once they quit PPP in the past. He predicted a similar fate for Qureshi.
