ABIDJAN: Cocoa arrivals at ports in top grower Ivory Coast had reached about 991,000 tonnes by Jan. 14 since the start of the season on Oct. 1, exporters estimated on Monday, down from 1.027 million tonnes in the same period last season.
Exporters estimated that around 37,000 tonnes of beans were delivered to the port of Abidjan and another 35,000 tonnes to San Pedro for a total of 72,000 tonnes delivered between Jan. 8 and Jan. 14. That compares with 66,000 tonnes during the same period last year.
