Former Chief Minister Punjab and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) sitting MPA Sardar Dost Muhammad Khosa here on Wednesday admitted before the Lahore High Court (LHC) that he had married actress Zeba Khan alias Sapna Khan, whom he later divorced.
Khosa stated this in an affidavit submitted by his counsel in a habeas corpus petition for the recovery of Sapna Khan and her suckling daughter, from the alleged illegal custody of Khosa. According to the affidavit Khosa said constant disobedience and scuffles on part of Sapna forced him to dissolve the marriage.

Khosa's counsel stated before the court that since divorce, his client had no knowledge about the whereabouts of Sapna. He alleged that Sapna was in custody of her sister Hina Khan. After going through the affidavit of Khosa and hearing contention of his counsel, court directed the petitioner for rejoinder by November 28 and rose for the day.
