The Privatisation Commission's board meeting will take up the matter of secondary public offering (SPO) of Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) on Thursday (today). Federal Minister of Privatisation Ghous Bux Mahar will chair the PC's board meeting in the conference room of the Ministry of Privatisation.
The board will formulate recommendations for the Cabinet Committee on Privatisation (CCOP) and review the status and progress of various ongoing and upcoming transactions including the transaction structure of the Secondary Public Offering (SPO) of Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL), approval of pre-qualification of the bidders for National Power Construction Corporation (NPCC), privatisation of Heavy Electrical Complex (HEC) and other related issues.
