The Vice Chancellor, University of Sindh Dr Nazir A. Mughal has urged upon the teachers community to serve the university with dedication, hard-work to work towards uplifting the university. He was presiding over a meeting with representatives of Sindh University Teachers Association (SUTA) here on Thursday.
The VC welcomed SUTA representatives and expressed thanks to the committee members who examined the demands of the faculty members. He said that the administration always has been positive to help the faculty members by resolving their genuine demands timely that faculty members can serve the University and students in well manner. He patiently heard demands of SUTA and discussed 18 points with deep attention. He assured that all possible facilities would be provided in SUTA office to make it functional for the academic purpose and welfare of teachers' community.
The VC expressed hope that new elected body of SUTA would help the University administration for achievement of academic excellence and development of image of the University. SUTA representatives express thanks to the Vice Chancellor and committee members who paid attention to the issues of the teachers. They offered full co-operation on behalf of SUTA representatives and teachers community towards the development of the university.
