As many as 62 confirmed dengue patients have been reported in Punjab out of which 39 patients belong to Lahore raising the total number of dengue patients in Punjab to 21,177 including 17,399 in Lahore.
According to the report released by the Health Department Punjab, 57 dengue patients have been cured and discharged from Teaching and District Headquarters Hospitals of Lahore during the last 24 hours which include 15 patients from Mayo Hospital, 2 from Services Hospital, 5 from Jinnah Hospital, 26 from Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, 6 from Kot Khawaja Saeed Hospital, 2 from Said Mitha Hospital and 1 patient discharged from Mian Munshi Hospital.
According to the report so far 20,846 dengue patients have been cured and discharged from different hospitals in Punjab out of them, 17,359 patients belonged to Lahore. According to the report, at present 235 patients are under treatment in different hospitals of Punjab out of them 189 patients are admitted in different hospitals of Lahore. According to the report, one death has been reported in Lahore due to dengue during the last 24 hours.
