Partly cloudy weather in city likely today

Skardu remains the coldest place in the country as temperature in the northern mountainous city fell to -4 C on Friday, according to the Met Office. The office said weather in Karachi is expected to remain fair/partly cloudy with maximum temperature between 18 to 20 degree Celsius, it said.
A shallow westerly wave is affecting northern parts of the country, however forecasted dry weather in most parts of the country in the next 24 hours. Rain/thunderstorm may occur at few places of Malakand division and Gilgit-Baltistan during the period, it said.
