Foreign Secretary, Salman Bashir led the Pakistan delegation for the 8th Round of Pakistan-Republic of Korea Policy Consultations in Seoul, while the South Korean side was headed by First Vice Minister Park Suk-hwan, says a press release issued here on Friday.
Both sides reviewed status of bilateral co-operation and exchanged views on regional and international situation. It was agreed to further strengthen and enhance comprehensive co-operation particularly in the areas of trade, finance, banking, investment, energy, science and technology and culture. Both sides also expressed satisfaction on their co-operation at the United Nations and other international forums.-PR
