The security forces with the help of bomb disposal squad here on Sunday averted a bid of terrorism by defusing a bomb planted at the bank of a canal in Baha area of Tehsil Matta. On a tip-off that a bomb has been planted near a canal, the security forces and police rushed to the spot and recovered the bomb and defused it.
According to details, bomb was planted by miscreants but timely action of security forces warded off an attempt of terrorism.
