Passengers of Portuguese airline TAP Portugal may now check in using their mobile phones. The boarding pass is sent via the internet to the cellphone, TAP said, after setting up the portal mobile.flytap.com. Check-in for flights starts 24 hours and continues up to 90 minutes before departure.
Passengers may then proceed directly to the boarding gates with their carry-on luggage.
