President Zardari would return to Pakistan once he gets green signal from his doctors, said Minister for Information Shazia Atta Marri in a statement issued here on Thursday. She said that the President, who is undergoing routine medical examinations in keeping with his existing heart condition, is stable and expected to be back in Pakistan soon.
She said that according to bulletin issued by the physician attending him the President is stable, comfortable and is resting. Initial tests and investigations have been within normal range while further tests are being carried out. Firmly dismissing all rumors to be contrary, Marri opined that it is shameful that how people sought to gain cheap publicity at all times.
She said when political leaders like Pir Pagara Sahib and Sharif brothers are ill and under treatment Pakistan Peoples Party never engaged in any conspiracy theories and instead prayed for their health. "This is because we encourage a level playing filed and don't need human misery to increase our popularity she said, adding that President Zardari is such a potent threat for his political opponents that there seemed to be no limit to how low they are willing to stoop for their desires.-PR
